Can You Hear Me Now? As we learning in the network and link layer, it turns out that our underlying network is actually quite shit at actually getting the message that you are sending to the destination.

Wtf Did You Say? You might have found it a bit strange that I literally said that the transport layer is all about making sure that we are providing reliable communication, and yet we did actually jack shit in UDP to make it so that our communication is reliable.

Sooooo about those IP Addresses…. For our final discussion in the transport layer we are going to to wrap back around to the networking layer to discuss how we can use the transport layer to fix the problem related to the shortage of IP addresses.
